Admissions
Getting help should be the easy part
No referral is needed. You can call at any hour and speak to a trained counsellor. Here is exactly what happens next.
The process
Four steps from first call to arrival
- 01
Reach out
Call our admissions desk or send a message any time. You will speak with a trained counsellor — not a call centre — who will listen first.
- 02
Clinical assessment
A psychiatrist reviews the history, current risk and needs, over the phone or in person, and recommends the level of care that fits.
- 03
Plan & paperwork
We confirm the room, share a clear cost estimate, and help with insurance pre-authorisation and cashless approvals where available.
- 04
Arrival & settling in
On admission day the resident meets their named care team, tours the residence, and the first 72-hour stabilisation plan begins.
